This cheese board depicts the Lauterbrunnen Valley near Interlaken. It is made of MDF (Medium-density fiberboard) and coated with melamine. Melamine makes it durable and water resistant. The melamine is tightly bound and has undergone a Food contact test. Do not put in the dishwasher and do not leave it in water. Clean with soap and water and dry off with a cloth.
