This is a wooden heart shaped "poya" with edelweiss. "Poya" is a word that means ascend. This term is used in Switzerland to signify the annual ascent and descent of the cows to/from Alpine pastures. Many villages celebrate this yearly event by parading the cows through the town decorated with flowers, traditional dress, music and food.
